本プライバシーポリシーは、適用される個人情報保護法およびSocietyの基本理念である「慎重さと信頼性」に基づき、個人データの収集、利用、保存、保護の方法を明確にするものです。
Vertice Society への入会または活動参加は、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

当Societyは、以下の種類の個人情報を収集する場合があります。

- メディア情報: Vertice Society イベント等で撮影された写真・映像（同意を得た場合）。
3. 情報の利用目的
当Societyは、以下の目的で個人情報を利用します。
- メンバーシップ申請・更新・認証のため。
- イベント、プログラム、活動の管理および運営のため。
- 公式なお知らせ、招待、事務連絡のため。
- 会員の安全、プライバシー、独自性を守るため。
- 教育・文化・専門プログラムの品質向上のため。
- Vertice Society の歴史的および名誉会員記録の保持のため。
4. データ保護とセキュリティ
Vertice Society は、個人情報を不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、または漏洩から保護するため、厳格な管理体制を採用しています。
- 個人情報へのアクセスは、権限を有する担当者および承認済みコンサルタントのみに制限されます。

当Societyは、以下の限られた場合にのみ個人情報を共有します。
- 承認済みコンサルタント（秘密保持契約を締結した者）との共有。
- 関連機関（Vertice Academy、Vertice International School、Scott Perry Academyなど）との共有。

- 自身の個人情報へのアクセス請求。
